At the corner of Sunset and Bronson, the Old Warner Brothers Studio, now the Sunset Bronson Studios, designated as a Historic Cultural Landmark in 1977 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002 – built in 1919 – where the first talkie feature "The Jazz Singer" was filmed in 1927.
