Sunset Square in Hollywood. Turn-of-the-century Craftsman bungalows from long ago, impeccably restored, but with fewer and fewer front lawns. Grass makes no sense now. Succulents work better, and add drama. But they are a bit scary. Hibiscus helps. ~ September 16, 2023
