The Music Box is that Laurel and Hardy short released in 1932, produced by Hal Roach, where the two of them attempt to move a piano up a long and steep flight of steps, and it won the first Academy Award for Live Action Short Film in 1932 – and the steps are still there, in Silver Lake, connecting Vendome Street, at the bottom, with Descanso Drive, at the top.
