Of course it's white. It's the former Community Laundry Building on the northeast corner of Highland and Willoughby, from 1928, by the architect W. J. Saunders, and one of the most eccentric buildings in Los Angeles, and still a laundry, sort of. It now houses a large industrial operation that provides clean linen to most of the hotels and restaurants in Los Angeles.
